Grief Support
Beginning with a significant loss in early childhood, I have been grieving and learning about grief. Grief is a human emotion which all experience, but our culture is particularly averse to supporting those who grieve. As a college chaplain and a hospice chaplain, I have met with countless individuals and dozens of grief groups for those living with the death of someone important to them. I also know the reality of grief for pets, for the end of a relationship, for loss of a job, for a dream unfulfilled. In addition, I have helped groups and institutions deal with tragic and sudden losses that impact the whole. I am available for individual grief support sessions, one-time gatherings for workplace or community groups experiencing a death, multi-session grief support groups, and educational trainings.
